Our Process
We realize that remodels and renovations can oftentimes seem overwhelming, that is why we've tried to make it as streamlined and easy as possible. Before we provide an estimate, we always start off with a phone consult to ask a few questions and determine the initial needs. Then we will schedule a time to meet at the renovation site to really get a grasp of the client's vision, visit the space, and start the idea phase.
Once we've gathered more information from our clients, we walk them through our process to ensure that we are all on the same page. Communication is key to us, that's why we make sure we are with you every step of the way exploring ALL of the possibilities to give you the absolute best outcome!
CREATE PLANS
After we've determined what your initial goals are, we will come out and take accurate measurements and many photos of the space. We will then start our 'idea' phase by asking more questions to start creating a few layout concepts. This is also a good time for you to share any initial design inspiration photos that you may have saved, before we start to CREATE the plans and before reviewing the layout and design options.
DESIGN PLANS
Once we have identified the best layout plan and conceptualization for your space, we will start the DESIGN phase. After listening to what your dream space should look like, we start to develop any concepts you may have in mind, combined with what we believe would portray the best overall look, style, and flow of your entire space. Function is key here too!
We firmly believe that good design MUST work with the functionality of the space. We always try to tie together all of the other aspects of your home, including it's architecture, so that the newly renovated/remodeled space looks as if it has always been there...just in it's best version! We will then start to source materials, create our design mood boards, and go from there.
BUILD PLANS
After we have a sign-off on the exact layout, design, and plan for your space, the BUILD portion of your project will begin. In remodeling, there are often many different trades that come together to make a plan a success. We strive to work with only those whom we trust to produce a high level of excellency in their work, as we do in our own.
We will also oversee and project manage all of the moving parts so that you don't have to, but will keep you in the loop should anything unexpected arise. (Sometimes we even come up with an even better idea along the way!) We believe in honesty and authenticity when it comes to client communication, and we won't leave your project until it is completed.
